Meet the team
Bailey
Team Lead
Bailey is from Crawford, Texas. She obtained her bachelors in Education at Tarleton University. After marrying her high school sweetheart and having her first daughter she continued her education at Texas State Technical College where she graduated with her RDA. Bailey was a dental assistant from 2014 to 2017 when she transitioned to front office. She has been with Dr. Waggener since October 2016. Bailey loves spending time at home with her husband Scott and three daughters Taegan, Talen and Tate and their Great Dane, Moose. When they have free-time they love to spend it with their family and friends outdoors.
Amy
Registered Dental Assistant
Amy grew up in Llano, Texas. She moved to Waco in 1990 to attend TSTI where she graduated as a Registered Dental Assistant. She has been assisting Dr. Waggener since February 1992. Amy lives in Bosqueville with her husband Russel and their youngest son Stephen, who recently graduated from Bosqueville and attends MCC. Amy enjoys taking trips to Los Angeles to visit their oldest son Taylor, who resides there and works in the film industry.
Cassidey
Registered Dental Hygienist
Cassidey was born and raised in Lorena, TX. She has been in the dental field since 2017. She started her career in dentistry by becoming a dental assistant, while also attending MCC for her AAS. She attended Concorde Career College in Dallas to become a Dental Hygienist. She is passionate about providing patients with the best care she can while also showing compassion and understanding. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, being outdoors, and spending time with her fiancé (Dylon) and Old English Sheepdog (Sophie).
Clara
Registered Dental Hygienist
Clara has a passion for teeth and her patient’s oral health. She began her dental career after graduating from Texas Tech University in 2018 and advanced herself in becoming a hygienist. She received her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Tarrant County College in Hurst, TX. During her time in hygiene school, Clara received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler award. Clara is self-driven and always eager to continue to learn. While not in the office, Clara enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite hobbies will be working out, shopping, and relaxing when she can.
Kathy
Registered Dental Hygienist
After graduating from TSTI in 1988 as a Dental Assistant, Kathy has worked In the dental field for 36 years. She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 24 of those years after her graduation from Temple College in 1999. Kathy is dedicated to providing her patients with the best care she can and is passionate about educating them on connection between the mouth and whole body health. In her free time Kathy enjoys reading, camping, puzzles, garage sales, and day tripping.
Leslie
Patient Coordinator
Leslie was born and raised near Waco. She graduated from Texas State Technical College, as a Registered Dental Assistant, in 2006. Soon after graduation she married her husband, Dell and moved to Crawford. Leslie worked as an assistant for eight years. In 2014, she was blessed with the opportunity to stay home with her three children, Landrey, Lauryn and Logan. Now that they are older, Leslie has decided to step ack into the dental field, as our patient coordinator. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family at the kids sporting events, hunting, fishing and camping.
Violet
Registered Dental Hygienist
Violet joined out team as a dental hygienist in 2023. She received her Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Temple College in 2010. She is a team player and works well with her coworkers. Violet is a dedicated clinician and always gives 100% to our patients. Quality patient care is very important to her and being sure that patients receive the absolute best care while with her is one of her top priorities. When not at the office, Violet enjoys spending time with her family and reading a good book.

Registered Dental Assistant
Kyndel was born and raised in the Waco area. She graduated TSTC in 2016 as a Registered Dental Assistant. She and her husband, Tanner got married in 2020 and moved to Lorena. They welcomed their identical twin boys in November of 2022. In their free time they enjoy grilling out with friends and family.
